People's Artist of Ukraine (2019).

Laureate of the 1st National Competition of Conductors named after S.V. Turchak (1994, Kyiv, III prize).

Graduated from the National Music Academy of Ukraine named after P.I. Tchaikovsky (1992, choral conducting, class of People's Artist of Ukraine, Professor V.R. Lysenko; 1995, opera and symphonic conducting, class of People's Artist of Ukraine, Professor V.B. Gnedash).

Since 1992 she has worked as a prompter at the National Opera of Ukraine named after T.G. Shevchenko.

Since 1995 - Assistant to the Chief Conductor, since 1999 - Conductor of the National Opera of Ukraine.

Chief Conductor of the performance of "Mozart and Salieri" by M. Rimsky-Korsakov (2017). She has carried out the premiere renovation of the operas "The Secret Marriage" by D. Cimarosa (2000) and "Faust" by C. Gounod (2017). Her repertoire includes more than 30 performances, including the operas "Yaroslav the Wise" by G. Maiboroda, "Zaporozhets Beyond the Danube" by S. Hulak-Artemovsky, "Eugene Onegin", "Iolanta", "The Queen of Spades" by P. Tchaikovsky, "Tosca", "Manon Lesco", "Madame Butterfly" by G. Puccini, "Troubadour", "Aida", "Rigoletto", "La Traviata", "Macbeth", "Nabucco" by G. Verdi, "Romeo and Juliet" , "Faust" by C. Gounod, "Cinderella", "The Barber of Seville" by G. Rossini, "Norma" by V. Bellini, "The Elixir of Love" by G. Donizetti;  the ballets "The Nutcracker" by P. Tchaikovsky, "Romeo and Juliet" by S. Prokofiev and others.

Chief Conductor of numerous concert programs of the National Opera of Ukraine. Among them: "Trio of Basses" (2013, 2014), "Oh Mozart, Mozart!", "An Evening of Opera Duets " (both - 2015), "The Magic World of Operetta" (2016), a charity concert dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Illya Yemets' pediatric cardiac surgery, a concert dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Taras Shtonda (both - 2017), and a regular conductor of “New Year and Christmas” concerts and programs dedicated to International Women's Day on March 8. As a conductor, she collaborated with such famous directors as M. Corradi, I. Nunziata (both from Italy), M. Kuznetsov, and G. Kovtun.

Since 1998 she has collaborated with the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra and Choir under the direction of R. McMurrin, with whom she toured the United States (2000, 2002, 2003, and 2004), Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan (2008) as a guest principal conductor. At the Opera Studio of NMAU she staged the opera "Loneliness?!" by A. Komlikova (2009).

Since 2015 - conductor of KMATOB for children and youth, where she staged the opera "Bastien and Bastienne" W.A. Mozart (2016).

She collaborates with the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra, with which she has prepared the concert programs "Oh, Fortune !.." on the stage of the Ukrainian National Academy of Music named after P.I. Tchaikovsky - solo concert of Andrei Bondarenko (2017), "Viva, Puccini!" (2018, with the participation of the “Khreschatyk” Academic Chamber Choir). Chief Conductor of the New Year's concerts on Sofia Square (2018, 2019, 2020), a concert dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Economic Commonwealth in Ukraine (2019, National Philharmonic of Ukraine), etc.

She collaborates with the Dnipropetrovsk Philharmonic, the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, the East Opera Theaters (Kharkiv) and the Dnipro Opera.

She has toured in Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands with the National Opera of Ukraine and as a guest conductor.

Since 1995 she has been teaching. Until 1998 she worked at KNUKiM, since 2001 - senior lecturer, later - acting Associate Professor of the Department of Opera Training and Musical Direction of the NMAU named after P.I. Tchaikovsky. Among the graduates are famous singers in Europe and around the world, Andrei Bondarenko, Oleksiy Palchykov, Irina Zhitinskaya, Myroslava Havryliuk, Maksym Kutsenko, Iurii Samoilov, and others. Since 2021 she has been teaching at the Department of Opera and Symphony Conducting at NMAU. Co-author of the educational programs "Opera Singing" and "Vocal Ensemble" (bachelors).

Conducted master classes with the orchestra of the Kryvyi Rih College of Music. Invited to direct radio broadcasters on the radio channel "Culture".

Jury member of many all-Ukrainian and international vocal competitions.
